The Island Dance Academy is celebrating its 15th anniversary this season with its performance of “Elements in Motion.” Founder and director, Martha Nicholson has watched the school grow from 50 students to over 250 students. Classes are offered for ages 3 to adult as well as an Intensive Training program and a Teachers Training program. The theme of this year’s show will focus on choreography depicting the 4 elements—earth, air, fire and water. Students ages 3 and up will participate in both shows on May 17 at the Confederation Centre. Show time is 2 pm for the matinee and 7 pm for the evening performance. Tickets are available at the Confederation Centre Box Office
