Acadian Museum of P.E.I.
The travelling exhibition From Board to Board, produced by the Musée acadien de l’Université de Moncton, presents a historical and technical overview of Acadian architecture from the early years of Acadia to the mid-19th century. Also on display interpretative panels on the Doucet House and wood-working tools from the Acadian Museum’s collection. On display to May 6. Also on view are the permanent exhibition and video The Island Acadians. Acadian genealogy and archives available to researchers. Cornwall Library Art Gallery
The Dragonfly Within by Shona Holzer, runs to May 11. Her unique works include indoor and outdoor sculptures, crochet art and painting. The opening celebration of the spring group show is May 15 at 7 pm. Eptek Art & Culture Centre
A combined exhibition of Conquest of Space in Images along with Canada’s Stellar Achievements depict the history of space exploration with an emphasis on Canada’s contribution to May 2. Impressionistic Photography by Leona Arsenault will be on display in the lobby from May 1–27. The official opening of the photo exhibit will take place on May 1 at 6 pm.
