Jimmy RankinNovember 22 at Trailside Café
November 23 at Harbourfront Theatre

Jimmy Rankin's new Moving East (out September 28 on True North Records) is pure East Coast, a homecoming album featuring  true stories, tall tales, and bittersweet ballads, and the classic folk-rock sound that Rankin helped pioneer.

Rankin has moved back to Nova Scotia after seven years living and working in Nashville and hooked up with fellow Nova Scotian, Joel Plaskett, as producer.

Jimmy Rankin wrote such classic Rankin hits as "North Country," "You Feel The Same Way Too," and the JUNO winning single "Fare Thee Well Love," voted the #1 East Coast song of all time by CBC listeners across Canada.

Catch his show November 22 in Mount Stewart at Trailside Café & Inn (sold out!) and November 23 in Summerside at Harbourfront Theatre.
