The Pourhouse

Logan RichardBack for its twelfth season, Winterjazz concert series brings jazz and blues acts to PEI with an early show from 7:00 to 9:30 pm at The Pourhouse in Charlottetown.

First guest for the season will be Logan Richard. Logan has been entertaining audiences with his guitar playing and vocals for several years now. Formerly of the PEI band Ripped Paper, Logan has branched out with his new band Generator and has a new solo project as well, The Start. Logan has been featured at Blues Smoking Fest and has worked with Maritime blues legend Charlie A’Court as well as Chris Kirby. 

Joining Logan for this show will be the house band of Alan Dowling, Ian Toms, Deryl Gallant, and Glen Strickey. The show will take place at The Pourhouse, 189 Great George St., Charlottetown on October 20 at 7 pm. Those under 19 can attend until 10 pm with a parent. Admission goes to a scholarship for Island students entering a jazz program. Reservations are strongly recommended at 902-892-5200.
