Artwork by Heather MillarFundraiser hosted by Heather Millar and ColourBlind

The 7th annual Art For Animals Fundraiser will take place in December once again and is hosted by ColourBlind and artist Heather Millar. This is an effort to raise funds and awareness for the PEI Humane Society and Cat Action Team, acknowledging the work these not-for-profit organizations do year-round. Prizes this year include one of two $100 ColourBlind gift certificates or a chance to win an original Heather Millar 36 x 36 inch oil painting on canvas of an owl. Visit ColourBlind at 58 Queen Street in Charlottetown to view the painting in person, or see it online via Instagram at colourblindboutique.

Come out and show your support for a worthy (and furry) cause. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and all proceeds will go to the PEI Humane Society and Cat Action Team. Tickets may be purchased in cash at ColourBlind, located at 58 Queen Street and the PEI Humane Society at 309 Sherwood Rd. To purchase tickets online, visit peihumanesociety.com and look under Community Events or go to peihs.wufoo.eu/forms/wdengsc0vtba5v/. The draw will take place at ColourBlind on December 20.
