The meaning behind the business name, VOLUME 18, is two-fold, MacLeod, Chief Taskmaster, says. “Starting a new and exciting chapter in 2018, and creating meaningful, impactful work that speaks volumes.” The four ladies have spent a significant amount of time developing how they wanted to run their firm. “We spoke about our methodologies and talked through our ethics as individuals and as a company,” Arsenault, Chief People Person, says. “We wanted to create exceptional, interesting work and ensure that community involvement and work/life balance were integrated into the core of how we operate. It’s also important to have a little fun while creating great work!”

VOLUME 18 focuses on working with private and public sector organizations and businesses to tell their stories. “We have been fortunate to date to work with government, non-profit and private business on a variety of projects including facilitation, graphic design, reporting writing, event management, website development and of course, digital marketing,” MacLeod explains.

MacAulay, Chief Movement Officer, says the team has hit the ground running. “We’ve been fortunate to work with a great variety of organizations so far, so hopefully that’s a good indication of things to come,” she says. VOLUME 18 is a full-service communications and marketing firm offering promotional and concept management, paid media planning and scheduling, digital marketing strategy, public information campaigns, social media expertise, graphic design, web development, photography, copywriting and media relations.

Peters, Chief Creative Dreamer, says the team has so many things in the pipeline for the future including their official launch party coming soon, and they are also super excited about an upcoming community-based initiative. “Being community oriented and driven is a big part of VOLUME 18. We want to make an impact and have direct plans to do so very soon, so stay tuned!”

The ladies of VOLUME 18 are thrilled about the reception of their new firm. “We’re grateful to live in such a supportive community and really excited to continue to grow our business and give back to the community that has been so good to us,” says Arsenault.
