New NCC director

The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) has a new program director on Prince Edward Island. Lanna Campbell, who previously guided NCC’s work in Newfoundland and Labrador, has moved to Charlottetown to lead the charitable land trust’s projects on the Island.

Singer-songwriter Christine Campbell has released a video for “Butterfly.” The Halifax-based, Charlottetown-born rock and blues artist says, “This song means a lot to me,” says Christine. “I was going to recap my memories on bullying but instead took the positive approach and focused on watching a beautiful transformation from a cocoon to a butterfly, or more specifically a badass white moth.”
