A Colonel Gray High School student has won the PEI It’s Your Job young workers video contest for the second year in a row. The video contest challenged students to create a video about the importance of safety on the job. Grade 12 student Dane Cutcliffe created the winning video, Lost Dreams, a compelling story of the impact of a workplace injury. Cutcliffe has won a $1,000 prize and $1,000 for his school, and will go on to compete with other safety videos from across the country. The PEI contest is sponsored by the Department of Environment, Labour, and Justice in partnership with the Workers Compensation Board.
