A coffee date with Vagabond Productions

A coffee date with Vagabond Productions (photo: submitted)Are you a coffee addict? Then "Java Jive" down with Vagabond Productions between March 5–10 for their latest show, Fresh Brewed Tales from the Coffee Bar, by Henry Meyerson.

The show is a series of eleven short plays that showcase various situations that are only similar in one way — they all take place in a coffee shop. The scenes range from absurd to realistic.

To change things up, Vagabond will step out of the Faculty Lounge and into the world of coffee. Since Fresh Brewed takes place in a coffee shop, Receiver Coffee Co. at 128 Richmond Street in Charlottetown seemed like the perfect place to stage this show.

Doors open at 7 pm. Show at 7:30 pm. Admission is pay-what-you-can. There is limited seating and no presale tickets are available so arrive early to enjoy a coffee before the show and guarantee yourself a seat. Adult language and mature themes. Viewer discretion is advised.
