The City of Charlottetown presented singer-songwriter, Karine Ste-Marie, a certificate of congratulations for the French version of her song “Charlottetown” hitting number one on Lci Musique, Sirius XM Franco earlier this year. Karine was back in Charlottetown recently to perform in the Cool Moon Festival, where her song”Charlottetown” was featured.

Dr. Greg Doran, chair and association professor of English at UPEI and coordinator of UPEI’s theatre studies program recently received the Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU) Distinguished Teaching Award recognizing outstanding teaching over a number of years.
