Ashley Anne Clark and Jared Perry are the two jury-selected artists for the inaugural year of the Parkman Avenue Residency for PEI Artists at Copper Bottom Brewing in Montague. The artists will work at the Brewery for 1 week each during November and will present an artist talk at the completion of their residency. Clark will be working on video work and drawings, and Perry will focus on projection work on plexiglas material.
TTIS and Upstreet host Moncton-based artist Mathieu Leger for the The Do Good Residency at Upstreet. He will present an artist talk at Upstreet on September 21.
this town is small is now offering microgrants for travel costs for professional PEI artists attending residency programs off-Island open to professional artists working in any media residing in PEI. Applicants must be a member of this town is small inc and be accepted to an Artist-in-Residence program outside of PEI. Eligible costs are limited to expenses for travel to/from residency.
