With a month to go in this season’s festival, Adam Brazier, artistic director of The Charlottetown Festival, is already making plans for next season. Brazier will be holding auditions for The 2019 Charlottetown Festival Season as follows: Halifax, September 8 and 9; Charlottetown, September 16; and Toronto, October 1, 2 and 3.

These auditions are general in nature for overall Festival casting. These auditions are not for the Children of Avonlea in Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Rehearsals for The 2019 Charlottetown Festival commence May 13, 2019 and the season closes September 28, 2019.

Ensemble will be required to attend a dance call in Toronto on October 1. Auditions are by appointment only and only successful applicants will be contacted. To be considered for an audition in Toronto, please make all electronic submissions via Casting Workbook at castingworkbook.com.

Due to the large number of submissions received, only successful applicants will be contacted with an audition appointment. The Charlottetown Festival is an equal opportunity engager that accepts submissions from all ethnicities that have the skill set to perform these roles. Also, The Charlottetown Festival is a repertory company and all artists will perform in at least two productions.
