Ottawa Children’s Choir

On May 20 at 2:30 pm the Ottawa Children’s Choir will perform an hour-long concert at St. Dunstan’s Cathedral, Charlottetown. Admission is a free-will offering and proceeds will go to St. Dunstan’s Refugee Committee Fundraising project, Kakuma to Canada. The Choir is celebrating its 60th anniversary with this performance tour. The Ottawa Children’s Choir performs at the National Remembrance Day Ceremony each year at the Canadian War Memorial in Ottawa. In 2017 the choir travelled to France where they performed at the ceremony marking the 100th Anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. Members say that they are excited to visit Charlottetown and perform in St. Dunstan’s Cathedral.
