Kentucky Style Lamb BBQ + My Pregnant Brother with Johanna Nutter

Bent Nails will present a Kentucky Style Lamb BBQ, prepared by the Duck Man, Jordan Liantzakis, featuring Island-sourced products at Barnone Brewery on September 6 at 6 pm. Following dinner, there will be a performance of the play My Pregnant Brother featuring Johanna Nutter.

The menu includes Kentucky roasted lamb cooked over the open fire, roasted chiogga beets, bourbon sauteed collard greens, Island foraged salad (pickled chantrelles, blackberry, red pepper, and greens), cast iron skillet cornbread, served with pickles, onions and cottage cheese.

The producers are Adam MacLean the Shepherd of South Melville (, Lee Clarke from Plate it!, Sylvain Cormier of Everything Wild, Don Cambell of Barnone Brewery, Allie Mills of Red Rooster Restaurant (prep space). Johanna Nutter of Creature-Creature, and Phil Homburg of Kent Street Market.

My Pregnant Brother is the true story of a woman who changed her life while her sibling changed his gender, and the baby who made it all happen.
